COPE's Health Promotion and HIV Services works with individuals and organizations to create stronger communities. One focus of the Health Promotion programming is on people with substance abuse and behavioral problems, whose choices place them at higher risk for Hepatitis, HIV, and other sexually transmitted infections. Other programs service as specialized supports to individuals actively working on their recovery from substance abuse or behavioral health problems. Health Promotion is a gateway to a wide spectrum of services available in COPE and throughout the community for persons wanting to make healthier choices.
